Modernised brand

They have really modernised their banking and are competing with online only banks, I have very recently opened up an account with the switch incentive. Customer service seems really good and I am pleased so far Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Stay away

We opened current account when they first launched, we had wages paid and all worked well for over year, out of the blue we got told we where not suitable customers and not what they wanted as customers and closed our account, told us to move our money, the account had always been in credit, but they wanted higher wage earners. Great customer service

I've banked with first direct for 26 years and in that time their service has been excellent. I believe that they still provide a great service and even though I readily change financial services products I have no intention of moving my main bank accounts away from them.
