FirstDirect still doing the business in a personal way

First direct keep me informed without bombarding me relentlessly with emails and texts. They inform of product offerings, statements and interest rate changes in periodic and timely fashion. On the few occasions I need to call them on the phone their staff truly demonstrate why they have won so many customer service awards since 1989 Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

First online bank and still the best!

When ever I hear friends, family colleagues complaining about their bank - I always say switch to first direct - I have been with them since they started and their service is just excellent. Their online is simple and easy to use and security ahead of the game. Reviewed on: 6th February 2020
