A bank with great customer service! No call steering to navigate - simply speak to someone in seconds who will transfer you to the appropriate department to deal with your query! The £250 interest free overdraft is very handy too! Keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

I was with First Direct many years ago but with bank bribes I moved from bank to bank accumulating these bribes, but found that the services from these banks were nowhere as good as First Direct, so I have stayed with the, now into my third year and unless something happens in which I lose faith, I will now ignore any further bank bribes, just not worth it Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

First direct keep me informed without bombarding me relentlessly with emails and texts. They inform of product offerings, statements and interest rate changes in periodic and timely fashion.
