First direct keep me informed without bombarding me relentlessly with emails and texts. They inform of product offerings, statements and interest rate changes in periodic and timely fashion. On the few occasions I need to call them on the phone their staff truly demonstrate why they have won so many customer service awards since 1989 Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Ok bank

The bank is alright, but the app doesn't seem to have the same usability as others. The fact that can't name savings accounts is a flaw and ordering replacements cards had to be done online not on the app. Apart from that it's not too bad. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

So easy to deal with

The whole thing about FD is how easy it is to run everything to do with your current account. Virtually everything can be done yourself, and online. Where you do need to contact them, you can call up, and the pleasant staff are always more than happy and willing to assist. They are the best, and have been for well over 20 years now.
