lost my cheque in branch!

not professional, how can they LOSE a cheque? deposited through the hole in the wall and left on the side in their office for over a week until i complained about being overdrawn for unknown reason. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Good for purposes.

Systems operate well and generally I do not have any problems. However they should reward people for leaving money in a basic current account without having to pay a monthly fee. They have the use of my money to fund borrowers and contribute to their costs so a fee free service should apply like it used to be in the past. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Great account

You get £5 cashback every month for ensuring you pay in £1.5k and spending £500 on your debit card. Great bank account and good service. Reviewed on: 14th January 2022

A great bank

The online banking functions are extremely easy to manage and help me to manage my budget. I also get paid each month for keeping the account open and am entitled to cashback and other prizes. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022
