I have no complaints but you don't get any benefits, just £2 monthly reward (which used to be £5 when I first opened the account). Reviewed on: 29th January 2020

GREAT BANK

I HAVE BANKED WITH THE HALIFAX FOR OVER 30 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE STAFF AT THE BRANCH I GO TO ARE SO PATIENT, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE HALIFAX APP ON MY APPLE TABLET IS REALLY GOOD AND I CAN PAY IN CHEQUES USING THE APP WHICH SAVES ME THE BOTHER OF GOING TO A BRANCH. THE WEBSITE IS EASY TO LOG ON AND NAVIGATE.
