We have the ultimate current account and the benefits are amazing. I can't tell you how many times I've been saved by their breakdown cover, it's saved me a small fortune. And if you have over £5k in your account you get put into a prize draw. Reviewed on: 5th January 2022

Great bank!

I’ve been with Halifax now for a few years and have just transferred it over to become my main account. The bank has always been helpful both online and in store. Easy to use internet banking - clear and helpful FAQS. Overall, a great place to bank with! Reviewed on: 5th January 2022

Halifax is Appalling

My debit card was blocked. Phoned 4 days in a row. Kept holding on for a total of 8 hours with no reply. That’s 8 hours wasted of my life for NOTHING. All l heard was a recorded message saying they are helping other customers. What a joke-what customers, really l find that difficult to believe. When l eventually spoke to Peter in personal banking who arrogantly said to me ‘l can’t help you what do you expect me to do’. He then put the phone down on me. I still can’t not use my debit card and am now moving banks. Reviewed on: 23rd December 2021
