You Can't Find A Better Bank!

Been with the Halifax bank since Junior school! Great banking and customer service. I will never leave. Reviewed on: 9th February 2020

A decent basic service

The basic current account is fine for most needs. There is a tiny £2 per month reward, having reduced from £5 originally. The main reason I stay with them is the staff in my local branch. They are helpful, friendly and courteous. Reviewed on: 8th February 2020

Great bank

Safe and reliable

I have been banking with halifax for over 20 years, and have always felt my money is in safe hands with them. They are reliable, friendly and, most importantly, reimbursed me when I was a victim of fraud many years ago. Reviewed on: 8th February 2020

Valued customer

Halifax are always quick to answer the phone and deal with any issues I have quickly. I only have a basic bank account but they make me feel like a valued customer. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020
