Poor customer services

Unfortunately Halifax do not adequately invest in maintenance of their ATM machines. Consequently many machines are faulty and swallow your card. When combined with branch opening hours that are shorter than they were in the 1950s and hopeless customer services you have to question why anyone would want to hold their current account with this dinosaur of a bank. Banking Bundle

Love banking with Halifax. They provide so much support and excellent customer service when speaking to them on the phone and in the bank. The bundle of gifts and offers I have received has gone a huge way in helping me save money! Reviewed on: 23rd November 2018

No problems so far

Halifax have been fantastic. The app is so easy to navigate. When our account was hacked and we had £1000 taken, Halifax dealt with it amazingly. Reviewed on: 20th November 2018
