I advise is not to open an account with halifax bank . Today 5 police officer attended hounslow Middlesex branch . Poor customer was been harrised I think halifax is a fish market with full of white pigs . I have also closed my account and I am with the customer Nd we have found a goodnsolutions To tech the bank to work mother fuckers pigsss. Reviewed on: 14th November 2018

Exceptional overall service.

I have been a Halifax customer for many years and have always been satisfied with the products and services I have been provided with. I currently have an ISA and a Current Account with a £600 overdraft facility with Halifax and I couldn't be happier with the benefits each of the accounts has to offer. Whenever I have needed to ask a question or resolve an issue, I have received a high level of assistance and have felt truly valued as a customer. This outstanding level of customer service, along with the convenience of the online and telephone banking facilities, are just a couple of the many reasons why I am happy to be a Halifax customer. Halifax offer an exceptional overall service and clearly value their customers. I am especially pleased with the benefits of having a Halifax Current Account, as I am constantly provided with and have access to accurate, clear, reliable and up-to-date information. Great bank and smooth services

My experience with Halifax so far has been fantastic. All of my transactions run smoothly, the app works fantastically and updates almost instantly. My only complaint is that the international debit card fee is quite high. Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

Easiest account switch

It was very quick and easy to switch my current account to Halifax all done online without having to go in branch. The switching bonus was a great offer too and money was in the account within the 7 days. Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

It's OK

one of the few banks that hasn't closed all of the local branches. Online access always seems to work fine. Overdraft charges are a bit on the high side. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Great bank, easy to use app, would recommend!

I switched from Lloyds bank to Halifax a few months ago and I'm very happy. I got a £70 award for switching and it was a simple and straight forward switch, taking about 5-7 days to complete. The Halifax mobile app is great, I don't use the online website much but mainly the app and it is brilliant. I'd definitely recommend Halifax! Reviewed on: 8th November 2018
