Great account

Great current account giving £5 reward each month plus cash back to be earnt using your debit card in certain stores. Very helpful in branch when setting up the account talking us through everything really well, can't fault them so far. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

the best bank I've ever used

Customer service workers are really helpful, particularly telephone banking. They did offer £5 cash back a month but are reducing it to £3 unfortunately. Reviewed on: 15th November 2016

Cashbook

Where did th rewards go?

My reward account always seemed worthwhile but now the news has reached customers that our £5 reward each month is now going down to £3. This is incredibly disappointing consider we are the loyal customers which keep the bank going. Reviewed on: 14th November 2016

Rubbish, rip-off interest and charges

Previously had a savings account which had less than £50 in it, lying dormant for a couple of years. Desperate for funds, went to take out the cash, was told that charges had depleted the funds to zero. Reviewed on: 14th November 2016
