Ultimate Satisfaction

Excellent Travel Insurance had purse stolen panic not sure what to do here to go. Superb customer service, stopped and replaced all the cards , made travel money available, where to report the crime and without hassle replaced all that was with the minimum fuss even the purse Reviewed on: 24th December 2016

Loyalty Is Not Rewarded

I always thought loyalty should be rewarded but with the Halifax, it doesn't appear so. I've been a customer for over 20 years but never once receive bonus interest rates etc. Instead they continually send letters stating interest rates on certain accounts are falling. Decent free accounting

Decent free account, with attentive staff at my local branch who ensure my accounts and products are up to date. Interest rate on credit balance is not brilliant, but I do not pay a fee for my banking. Reviewed on: 1st December 2016

Easy to use on-line banking

I like my Halifax Current Account as I use on-line banking and I find their website very user-friendly. I can do all of the banking that I need fast and efficiently. Reviewed on: 30th November 2016

Good interest and swift

£5 a month interest if you pay in £1000 and pay out a couple of direct debits - which is a good rate. Service has always been fine, and no problems with payments. Reviewed on: 29th November 2016
