perfect no fees account

this account is perfect for thse that want all the benefits of a current account but without the usual monthly fees. The online app is very easy to navigate and incredibly simple to make any changes that you need to make. You can transfer monies to other accounts or to other people (contacts) with the click of a button. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Incentive to switch makes it a no-brainer

Recently switched current account to the Halifax. Customer service is excellent. £100 to switch and £5 a month if conditions met. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Great bank

I swapped to Halifax 3years ago and I've never had a problem. Plus when you phone them you actually get a person not a robot asking 20 questions like other banks . Reviewed on: 26th February 2016

Reliable Banking

I've been with Halifax now since I left school aged 15. Ten years to be infact. I have not had one single problem with them. Internet banking is straight forward and simple. They never hassle me to take out bigger loans, or better accounts. The staff are always accomodating and friendly! I just absolutely love Halifax. So people friendly! Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

Great Service

I have used Halifax since I was young and have always found them to have excellent service. They Have are always very fast to process requests and have got great customer service. Bank with confidence

I moved to Halifax using the switching service, it was the best move I have made, it was smooth, I didn't need to do anything, I then decided to upgrade my account. I was taken through a checklist to make sure I was signing up to a service I required. The service was fantastic, the documents were there the next day and the card the day after I have never had a bank account that has ran so smooth. Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

very helpful

i had some problems with my account as someone managed to scam me and took my money i phone online banking and they was very helpful and guided me step by step to what i had to do my end and within a few days money was back into my account and all was sorted so very happy Reviewed on: 19th February 2016
