SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Since purchasing a mortgage from Hanley I have been vey satisfied with the customer care received, whenever I have called customer services I’ve never waited more than a minute to speak with a customer service representative. I have always the customer service representatives to be very polite, understanding and extremely helpful indeed. I initially contacted Hanley because I was attracted by their mortgage products which were very competitive at the time I applied. I received excellent customer service from start to finish with the processing of my mortgage application. The staff were always polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
