Harpenden BS are always friendly and helpful and go the extra mile for their customers. My whole family have used them for many years as they have a personal touch which other buildibng societies lack. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Staff in branch are really helpful. Good to deal with humans, too many online only accounts. No choice and I am sick of good building societies neglecting their loyal customers. Reviewed on: 27th June 2025
