Terrible customer service - avoid!

I was insured with this company before my current insurer and had to claim due to an accident in which I was hit by another driver in an incident which I was clearly not at fault for. The accident was in July 2018. I've only very recently seen the closure of the end of this case with the payout for personal loss and injury. I had to chase them the whole way through the claims process and my car was nearly disposed of by the initial recovery company as a result. I don't think I've ever been through so much stress in my life. I will never use this insurer again! Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Great and quick customer service

Although I pay nearly £1000 a year on car insurance, I had an accident recently that wasn’t my fault and Hastings were amazing. With no stress to me I got a curtesy car and physiotherapy appointments without any hassle. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
