The Great Sylwia Zawada

I had a long conversation with Ms. Zawada who asked me many questions about my spending habits and attitutes before recommending me for a mortgage. This level of questioning made me think that the H&R are being very thorough before they offer mortgages to customers. This is find very reassuring. In addition to this, Ms. Zawada made the whole experience very enjoyable and I am very grateful for this excellent service (which we don't see very often any more in my experience). The only negative comment I have is beyond the control of H&R, that is, the very high interest rates. On the plus side, when you charge me more for my mortgage this increases your profits by a large margin. Therefore I expect to hear from your CEO very soon that the great Ms. Zawada's wages have been increased, let's say by the same amount as mortgage rates have increased since last year. and of course, if you increase rates further, I expect further notification that you have increased her wages in line with your own rate. Let's call it 'Mark's Tracker salary'. Thank you Sylwia for your great service. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023
