Lady was lovely,

Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Comforting in a time of uncertainty !!

Friendly and efficient service

Friendly & helpful at Lutterworth branch

Opened our first savings account at H&R BS at Lutterworth branch. The lady who dealt with us (Jo Rogers) made us feel extremely welcome and answered any questions we had. She made the whole account opening experience simple and easy. Excellent customer service all round. Reviewed on: 7th April 2022
