Friendly staff who kept in touch and made the process simple.

This was our first visit to Hinckley and Rugby, and although the branch was very short staffed the process of opening a fixed Rate Bond was very simple and everything was explained fully. I would use them again. Reviewed on: 21st March 2022

I popped in to the Hinckley branch looking to open a new savings account after visiting other building societies in previous week's. Easy to understand leaflet about the 5 year bond. Very pleased that you colleagues took the time to contact me, telling me that the bond interest was increasing to 1.75%. They asked if that the bond was still the one I wanted and were polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 14th March 2022
