Lady was lovely,

Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

excellent customer service

We have had savings with this branch for many years and visited last week to renew one of our bonds . The customer service was excellent as always and would recommend it to anyone. Reviewed on: 17th May 2021

A very helpful, friendly building society

We really enjoy using the H&R Building Society particularly the one in Lutterworth. The staff are always friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. We have several savings accounts with them and find them a useful way to save. Reviewed on: 17th May 2021

Rugby branch staff are delightful to deal with. So helpful and friendly.

Opening 2 power of attorney savings accounts for elderly relatives is complex. The branch staff made the process as easy as possible. Reviewed on: 12th May 2021

Excellent service

From the moment I walked into the branch I felt welcome and valued. The member of staff was confident, spoke clearly, made good eye contact, had a smile and appeared to know the product and procedures well so was able to open an account for me efficiently.
