Excellent service

The society always contact us with options when bonds mature or rates change and give the options available. It is always easy to contact the society and get any queries answered. The staff are always very professional, efficient and very welcoming when visiting branches or answering a query by phone. I contacted the company to find a home for the proceeds of a bond which had matured. The young lady I spoke to was friendly, helpful and efficient and my new account was set up wiylth no loss of time. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Sent an email requesting application form for fixed rate bond. Arrived next day. Made telephone call regarding a query very friendly and helpful staff and questions answered clearly. I can't decide whether my age makes understanding your renewal papers difficult or they are confusing . I have similar investments with Nationwide but their renewals appear to be far less frustrating Reviewed on: 20th January 2021
