Friendly helpful staff

My application for a fixed rate bond was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was an issue about ID but a phone call with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff sorted it out without any fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

2 Year Fixed Rate Bond

Seem quite good

I chose you to put some money away that wasn’t easy to touch as I live in the North West. I’m shocked you don’t offer your full account range to everyone and I realised after I opened my account I have to withdraw a minimum of £250 when I do need to withdraw. This has put me off adding to the account regularly as if I needed a small amount in an emergency I’d have to withdraw a big chunk. That’s if I’d managed to save the £250 needed to cover the minimum withdrawal as the minimum balance is £500. The turn around of the application was quick.
