Lady was lovely,

Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Excellent service after the red tape

I went for a postal 1 year fixed rate bond (1.4%) which is competitive. The application was straightforward though red tape concerning money laundering held me up for a couple of days. As the cash came directly from my High Street bank account I thought the precautions irksome. Thereafter all went quickly and smoothly with text messages keeping me informed at all times.
