Friendly helpful staff

My application for a fixed rate bond was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was an issue about ID but a phone call with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff sorted it out without any fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

At last..a company that still has the personal touch!

Liam is a star..

I was very anxious having resposibility to put my late daughters money away for my Grandaughters future. I sent off the forms and then got a call from Liam at your Castle Street branch .Never have i been so nicely treated and spoken to by anyone. He is a credit to your building society ,and put me so at ease that i feel i have the trust in Hinckley & Rugby that i made a good choice .I would go as far as to say he is a jewel in your crown . Opening account.
