It is so nice to be able to deal with REAL people in...

It is so nice to be able to deal with REAL people instead of internet robots. To be able to go into a branch and be dealt with straight away instead of waiting on the phone in a queue. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

Exceptionally helpful staff.

Exceptionally helpful staff, despite being very close to closing time all the staff were happy to spend time to explain what was needed. Then the manager was happy to continue with the process in his office. Reviewed on: 5th November 2025

Thanks - Coalville branch of Hinckley and Rugby

The experience i had at the Coalville branch of Hinckley and Rugby building society was exactly what i was hoping for, Lucy the advisor talked me through the product i wanted clearly and smoothly, the most important thing for me was that i could do it face to face in branch which investors are valuing more and more.
