Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Very personal customer service

It was unusual to apply via post, I can’t remember the last time I had to apply for something via the post, however the service felt a lot more personal as a result. The set up was fairly straightforward, despite an error on my behalf by forgetting to add the correct bank reference. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Friendly, quick, efficient - perfect!

I went in to open a regular saver account and the team were brilliant. Personal service, explained everything so clear and I left 15 mins later with a new account! Brilliant. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
