Friendly helpful staff

My application for a fixed rate bond was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was an issue about ID but a phone call with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff sorted it out without any fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

Well worth a look

You can actually talk to someone!!

I’ve already given feedback but here is a Building Society with traditional values ( thank goodness) . I was delighted to find Hinckley & Rugby doesn’t send me on a wild goose chase to talk to an automated robot online, when most other BS tend to do. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

Good Account, Helpful Staff

I have recently opened an account by post. I sent an online query as part of it and the staff called me back by telephone as requested and were very polite and informative. Once opened, I was called to advise my account details so that I could deposit the money by transfer. The staff member (Joanna, maybe?) was again friendly, polite and listened carefully.
