Excellent regular savings product with good and quick customer service. Only downside is that a little "clunky", i.e. too much had to be done with hard copy both ways. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Banking as it should be.

Having been into another bank that day wanting to move my money to an account that would earn me more interest I was told I would have to book an appointment. The first available appointment was 14/04 so going in to Hinckley and Rugby Building Society and being able to sort my accounts out there and then was a breath of fresh air. The counter staff were polite and helpful and made the process easy. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Prompt efficient and very helpful

Looking to invest on a monthly basis. I looked online and found your 30 Day Notice Regular Saver, printed off the application form and posted with my initial deposit. I received a follow up phone call to say my account had been opened and that a welcome letter was in the post. It was explained that the passbook would follow. I was also told I could set up a standing order and that my welcome letter would outline everything. My welcome letter has been received and I have now set up my standing order.
