Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Very straightforward

I wanted to open a new savings account so I went into the branch with the completed form I had downloaded. The account was opened immediately and I was kept informed by email. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Staff member very helpful, good knowlege about the various accounts. Quick service.

After a brief question about regular savers account. Filled in the forms, had a security check, all information about the account handed to me,and I opened an account. All within a short time and good face to face conversation. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Exceptional Customer Service

I found that Mandy was extraordinarily helpful when I was looking to set up a new notice account. She bent over backwards to make sure that everything went smoothly, even though I very nearly missed the deadline for submitting my application. In Need of Some Modernisation

Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgable and efficient, but the Society needs to incorporate deposits from cards rather than cheques, I had to search long and hard to find my book. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
