My application for a fixed rate bond was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was an issue about ID but a phone call with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff sorted it out without any fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

In Need of Some Modernisation

Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgable and efficient, but the Society needs to incorporate deposits from cards rather than cheques, I had to search long and hard to find my book. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

Very efficient

I posted an application for a Regular Saver product on Saturday. I received telephone call on Monday acknowledging it's receipt and and an email on Tuesday confirming that the passbook had been sent out. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

Antiquated

Account was promptly opened and staff polite but setting up the account is antiquated, need to be able to open an account on line not fill in a form and post it off and include a Cheque. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

Savings update.

I went to my local branch for a savings update - was advised by a new employee, who although young and training, was knowledgeable and efficient. Some of my account changes had to be carried out by a more senior member of staff but she used this opportunity to show the younger member of staff what to do.. I was impressed with both his and her approach to my savings issues.: Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
