Until now, have always found in-branch and telephone service at Hinckley and Rugby wonderful and I am happy to travel 20 miles to a branch for that alone; the personal touch is what I have always valued most - problems solved quickly, queries answered clearly, and everything done so pleasantly. I would be sad to lose this customer-friendly contact and hope it will survive alongside the new 'easy to use' online service. Reviewed on: 12th October 2025
