Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Very Friendly Service

I recently opened a savings account with the Nuneaton Branch by post, to my surprise I received a phone call from them letting me know they had received my application and that my passbook would be with me shortly. I had a further telephone conversation with the branch and in both cases was very impressed with their level of service and friendliness. Reviewed on: 27th January 2023

Rainy Day Account: First class service and product

Simple straight forward process to set up account. Took me back a bit as you actually talk to people and get a passbook. A pleasantly grounding experience of how we once operated before the world went mad. Good of you Hinckley and Rugby ! Reviewed on: 27th January 2023

An amazing Building Society

I took out a postal savings account, mainly, I admit because of the competitive interest rate on offer. The H&R is different because; a) you are able to speak to a person literally within seconds of calling, b) the efficiency of the service is incredible - I sent a passbook with a cheque on Wednesday (second class) and received the passbook back and updated on Friday. Excellent customer service

I went to the Rugby branch to open a new account, having already downloaded the application form. The transaction was dealt with quickly by a very pleasant lady, who I think was called Jeanette. I was very impressed with Hinckley and Rugby they were extremely efficient and helpful and my account was opened quickly . The rates are good on the 120 day notice account and I would certainly recommend them. Reviewed on: 26th January 2023
