Lady was lovely,

Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Excellent service

Everything was made easy. Although with the postal strikes I did not receive the paperwork until a few days before maturity, I found everything easy to complete and took to Castle Street office.There I was served straight away by a very pleasant adviser. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Opening savings bonds

Branch experience was great. The staff were polite, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. High level of customer service delivered. This form is not so good and does not work well. Selecting savings not easy on the drop down option. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Very Pleasant staff on the phone.

Dealing with your staff was very pleasing and helpful, although my application form allowed for multiple applicants but I had a phone call to advise me that the Regular Saver acct could only be opened in one name. Generic form apparently. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

easy to complete investment application process

I applied to invest in a Bond online and subsequently received the appropriate forms in the post which I completed and returned with my cheque. I received a telephone call to acknowledge receipt and verify the terms attached which I was happy to confirm. Reviewed on: 16th January 2023

Attractive monthly saver and great customer support

Within a day of my sending an inquiry through HRBS website, a lady called me to provide the information requested. She followed up with my request to mail applications. I filled and sent the application. Soon thereafter another customer support lady called to explain the salient features of the product and inform me of the progress of my product application. Fast, flawless and courteous - in short excellent team and many thanks for the management of HSBS for increasing the interest rate in January 2023 for the 30-day notice monthly saver product.
