The app is great

The HSBC Kinetic app is great. It does everything you need it to and is intuitive and simple to use. Deducted one star, since the browser-based version is pretty useless and has hardly any of the functionality of the app, but I don't need to use it that much, so it's not a major issue. A simple account for simple businesses

HSBC set the account up very quickly and were extremely helpful in facilitating this process and I would recommend the account to others on this experience alone. I have operated the account for a year for a simple company and it does everything I need of it perfectly, quickly and efficiently. Convenient and Straightforward

I have had nothing but positive experiences since I opened this account for my business. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because there are no statements available to view online for the savings account and it is one of the bank accounts which is affected by Xero duplicating transactions from time to time when importing.
