Brilliant customer service

The customer service at HSBC is great, with online chats, messaging services and phone calls. Staff are brilliant and always help or give me the information I need no problem. Reviewed on: 28th January 2023

AVOID - Funds fossil fuel industry

AVOID - I have been with HSBC for quite a lot of years now. As a bank, they are ok to use, but i am so disappointed and angry about the billions of pounds that they invest in the fossil fuel industry. If banks actually cared about the world/ people etc then they would divest the money away from the dangerous fossil fuels that is harming the environment and move the investments into more sustainable industries. Reliable and Efficient Bank

I've banked with HSBC for more than 20 years and never had any issues with the banking aspect ...it is efficient, reliable. There have been occasions where the staff on the phone have not been very polite, but on the whole, the service has been good. Reviewed on: 15th January 2023
