Functional

I've had a business account with HSBC for a few years now. I found the face to face service to be 4/5 which drops a little when dealing with them over the phone. The online offering is ok - nothing exceptional though. Reviewed on: 31st March 2015

All works ok (with 1 exception)

I have my business account with HSBC. I like dealing with them, but the past pdf statements function doesn't work for me - not really sure why. Reviewed on: 9th February 2015

Absolutely shocking

They do nothing to help my business at all. Mo one there knows me or the business, they provide zero service and payq peanuts for interest. A total disaster. Avoid. Reviewed on: 31st January 2015

Always deliver what I need from them

They have always provided the services I've needed / helped me with whatever the business has required. Easy access as well. Reviewed on: 11th November 2014

The key thing that makes them great for me is the business relationship manager

I realise that this is as much a review of my business manager as HSBC, but I think finding a great business manager is probably more important than the bank itself. My business manager is always there to help me and navigate what I need from HSBC Reviewed on: 23rd October 2014

Online experience is great, but the call queue times are epic!

I really like the ease of the online service. BUT when you need to call them the call queue time can be pretty long. When chasing up the application I spent 35min on hold. Gave up in the end...frustrating! Reviewed on: 14th October 2014
