Happy with the Leek Building Society

I was supported at a difficult time to transition between mortgage products and felt wholly supported and not just another customer of a large organisation. This meant a lot at a time of stress and anxiety. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

Twenty five years of trust

Our mortgage was just completed in October. The Leek United supported our Mortgage application 25 years ago when other banks and societies wouldn't. In response we stayed with them the entire time and never missed a payment. The society have been fantastic. We always felt like we were getting a good deal and they always treated us with consideration. Now we have trusted them with savings. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

Excellent service

10 years with Leeks United the best lenders by far

I bought my home 10 years ago with the excellent, professional help and support from Leeks United and have been with them ever since. I would never contemplate moving to anyone else ever. I love the personal touch I have with them on the phone ( and not electronically) which is absolutely priceless for me as know I can speak to someone I've spoken to before ( I don't want to divulge names). They have supported me many times now to re valuate my mortgage and I always receive such great offers from them . When I speak to the ladies on the phone, I am always have such a lovely, warm, welcome as I though they were my friends . I will highly recommend them to everyone especially my daughter when she is in a position to buy her first home too. I honestly can not thank them enough Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024
