Great app, shame branches have to close

The app is great! You can check your credit rating on there and it holds loads of information. It also suggests how to improve your rating. It always seems to get better with the app. As I said though, shame about the branches closing for people who perhaps depend upon visiting a branch and aren't online or need to use a counter service. Although, being able to use the Post Office is good, but maybe needs promoting more. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Not a helpful bank

This is about my Mum's experience with the bank, totally unhelpful to ethnic minorities with lack of English, not helpful to disabled elderly people. Really disgusted with their service. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

The club Lloyd's current account is excellent for me because I gain free cinema tickets for my local cinema,also the bank is in my town which is vital incase I need to go in to query anything. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
