Didn't change address properly

I contacted the Bank on many occasions to change an overseas address as I was stuck there due to Covid-19 and my card had expired. The staff I spoke to on the phone only put in the 1st line of the address despite me spelling the full address patiently word for word. The new Debit card never arrived Obviously due to this major error Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

Charge for buying foreign currency

Signed up for a brand new credit card, with reams and reams of greens and conditions. Have just bought £500 worth of foreign currency and got charged £25 for doing so with no warning what so ever! Phoned up Lloyds and nothing they can do about it. Gutted Reviewed on: 10th January 2023

Shame

They are so messed up that have issues with standing orders. Also, if you don't do a standing order BEFORE THE 25TH OF EACH MONTH, they won't accept it, but they don't tell you that. Shame Reviewed on: 3rd January 2023

Awful

Gets things wrong, has no complaints department that you can contact - you have to wait up to 8 weeks to hear anything about your complaint. I have been trying to get something sorted since 24/06/22 and it is now 30/08/22 and still not sorted!!! Reviewed on: 30th August 2022
