Great account with good rewards

A great account which is easy to manage via a great little app. Good reward programme with instant sign up/ transfer rewards along with everyday rewards. Usual benefits including contactless debit cards, overdraft and upgrade options. Friendly branch and phone teams too. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I have had the worst banking experience ever with this bank. I applied for a year loan of 3k but I ended up paying back more than 4,5k with the interest fees. Thats almost 50% interest fees. When they asked me to sign the loan I wasnt explained correctly the fees I'd be charged off and the senior of Oxford street told me they will decrease my interest fees as been too high but they never did. Avoid at any cost this bank! Also dont trust the positive reviews here as they been written by Lloyds staff. Good service

I,ve been with Lloyd’s since 1974 & have changed branches when I,ve moved house around the country.I,ve always had good in-branch service with friendly staff.They have yearly meetings with me to review my account & send updates.Cannot fault their customer service. Reviewed on: 11th February 2018

Free magazine!

Empire magazine is free with Club Lloyds, but it would cost £4.99 a month otherwise. Even if I had to pay the £3 a month Lloyds may charge me for the account I still end up with a free magazine that's rather good. Reviewed on: 11th February 2018

Perfect account with perks

I love Lloyd’s in general as they are very understanding and offer great customer service. The club Lloyd account is brilliant if you meet the minimum requirements and the cinema tickets and magazine subscriptions have been really good. Very good service

I am very impressed with Lloyd's bank . I have been banking with them for over 20 years and Club Lloyds is a real perk. We have the gourmet Card upto 15% cash bank , exclusive mortgage rates ,home insurance. great account

Great account. Rewarded with 6 cinema tickets every year, get interest on my balance. Get access to regular saver paying 3% interest and internet transactions are so easy to do. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2018
