Worth it

Highly recommend

I have been a customer for over 50 years and have always been impressed at the way I have been contacted by my branch giving advice on the accounts paying the highest rates of interest. Accounts have benefits including travel and mobile phone insurance and I can report that, when I had occasion to claim on the travel insurance, the claims were met timeously. Good all-round account

Excellent experience online and in the app. Plenty of account information available presented in a clear and user-friendly way. The account pays a good rate of interest and offers a range of incentives to account holders including regular cash-back and money-saving offers as well as an annual "gift" such as a magazine subscription or dining deals. In the club

Great value for money , I get 6 cinema tickets, phone insurance , breakdown, and travel insurance for a small monthly fee. The banking app is brilliant and easy to use . Customer service is excellent Reviewed on: 17th December 2018

Team Club Lloyds

Reliable bank Good account benefits, including a free monthly magazine subscription with a range of titles to chose from. Account fee is waved if you pay in a certain amount every month. Reviewed on: 16th December 2018

Efficient

They do their job, but in the past cashiers have tried to sell DEBT (I mean Loans) to me - suggesting I could buy a new TV or for Christmas. Reviewed on: 15th December 2018

Not a bad word to say

A bankthat rewards for you for banking with them. I had a choice of 3 rewards and opted for Annual Gourmet Society membership, which I have made some amazing savings with.
