Didn't change address properly

I contacted the Bank on many occasions to change an overseas address as I was stuck there due to Covid-19 and my card had expired. The staff I spoke to on the phone only put in the 1st line of the address despite me spelling the full address patiently word for word. Sneaky savings

My Club Lloyds account has given me the option to round up all spending to the nearest pound, and puts the difference into a savings account, allowing me to save a little without realising it. At the end of every month, I have around £20 to treat myself! Reviewed on: 15th December 2016

Account with benefits

I switched to Lloyds over 2 years ago and have stayed with them since. Not only do they offer monthly interest on current account balance but also one lifestyle benefit per year (magazine subscription, cinema tickets or restaurant vouchers) and many cashback offers on popular brands. No frills

As far as my day to day banking goes there are no complaints the only thing I would say is setting up online banking is a nightmare!! Reviewed on: 29th November 2016

Very difficult to downgrade the account

Really easy to apply for a product you need to pay for. Problems start when you try to downgrade the account or cancel the overdraft. Bank is making the whole process very difficult, completely not interested in customers needs. Would never recommend to bank with Lloyds. Reviewed on: 28th November 2016

Great added value

I think the Club Lloyds account offers great added value as you get to pick from a range of offers and don't actually have to pay anything for the account as long as you meet the minimum monthly amount you need to pay. For example as my reward I chose the six free Vue cinema tickets which when you consider the cost of the attending the cinema now is a great bonus. Reviewed on: 27th November 2016
