They are always very helpful, whenever I have gone into the branch there has always been someone standing to greet me and ask what I need help with. Lloyds Bank is a trusted and helpful bank

Club Lloyds also offers club Advantage Savings Accounts with good rates of interest, albeit gross rates. They’re a well respected and long established bank and offer great supportive services. Very easy to bank online as well as in branches. Branch services were brilliant when I bought an expensive car and had to make the transaction in branch due to online transactions limit.
