Great Service

Opening the account was quick and easy. Staff were very helpful and emails are sent to you to download the new business app which is brilliant and straight forward. I am going to enjoy working along side them with my business. Reviewed on: 29th June 2016

Always able to talk to an advisor about my business account without appointement

Easy access

We have easy access to our account and do most of our banking online. As a little aside, mortgages for foster carers would be better. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Ok overall

Day to day

Lloyds are good when we need them

Lloyds could be a bit more proactive with seeing us, however when we do make contact they are thorough and helpful and seem genuinely interested in our business. Reviewed on: 5th February 2016

More communication between staff!
