lloyds bank diabolical. stay away

I used my bank card in the US to pay for a fan at argos for my elderly father in a home in Sussex and they put a security hold on my account and did everything they could to keep me from getting it released. A never ending string of security questions that even though i could answer 90% of them, it was never enough. One of the most aggravating experiences in my life. No I don't remember the date i opened the bleeping account 30 years ago! Reviewed on: 9th July 2018

Daily interest on planned overdraft to 'help' their customers

The title says it all. I've had a planned overdraft with Lloyds for years and they now decide that for 'my benefit' they will charge me daily. It makes my statements look like utter nonsense, totally confusing and unnecessary. Reviewed on: 10th May 2018

Moving with the times

I'm really impressed with the amount and quality of the cash back offers that the account offer to customers. The providers are highstreet big names that I would shop at normally and now I get a little back into my account. In comparision my wife has an account with HSBC and their cashback providers on the whole are awful, and for providers you would not normally shop with, or you only get cash back if you shop online with companies you are more likely to shop with on the highstreet. Great reward system

Easy and friendly
