Long-standing Lloyds Customer!

I've been a long standing customer of Lloyds since I was in my early teens and I'm now nearly 30 and I wouldn't change bank. I have had a current account, plus various other products over the years and Lloyds have always dealt with me and my products in a good professional manner. My only gripe is that interest rates are low , but I understand this is a sector wide issue. I will continue to use Lloyds as I feel confident in the company. Reviewed on: 1st February 2017

Very few benefits

Despite having been with the bank for years, there are basically no benefits to my account and I'm constatly getting letters telling me that my interest rates will be decreasing. It is likely i will switch to another bank in future. Reviewed on: 24th January 2017

I switched to lloyds because my partner had an account and it was easier to have a joint account with them. That was two years ago and we haven't had any problems whatsoever! Great service

I have had no problems with Lloyds. Setting up an account was quick and easy. When I have had minor problems the service has been really quick on twitter and by phone and my problem resolved on the day. The app is great and simple to use but secure. Whenever I visit my local branch I ma always greeted with a smile and the staff are clean, presentable and helpful. I would recommend this bank without being asked. Keep up the great work Lloyds. Pushy

I can't complain that much about Lloyds Bank. I've been with them for almost 9 years and have always been happy with my debit card, online account and the mortgage advisors. However, what I don't like is having phone calls asking me to have a meeting with them where they try to push me into changing my account to one I pay more for and having a letter through the door each month asking me to get a credit card. If I want a credit card, I'll get one, I'm not going to be harassed into getting one. Reviewed on: 12th January 2017
