Been with them for 11 years!

Opened my first account through Lloyds when I was 16 and have stuck with them all the way through to this very day (am 27 now). Never let me down and were very helpful and speedy at resolving the issue I had when I got scammed via a fraudulent e-mail when I was at University (was more naive then than I am now). Terrible in every aspect

Everything regarding Lloyds is terrible. Customer advisors regularly provide incorrect information which has to be sorted by a complaint. Service in my local branch leaves a lot to be desired and feels like nobody really cares anymore. App can be temperamental and cards randomly decline. Enough is enough! Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

not so good.

not so good. linked to halifax so if that closes then lloyds would too. bank closed my account unfairly and unjustly because of a false claim at which i was in the right and nothing can be done once they make a decision unfortunately Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
