getting rid of paper statements was a very bad idea,...

getting rid of paper statements was a very bad idea, it forces us to use internet banking and with the endless scams online and malware / viruses they are putting us at risk of financial loss. they also closed by local branch meaning i have to go miles just to use a bank. Wanting profit , ignoring customer needs

Keen to close local branches, causing crowding in the remaining few. Frequent changing of which counters are for which service. Look like they would prefer to have no branches at all Reviewed on: 7th November 2024

Won't let you transfer money to busineses!
