Processing mortgage application

The experience of our mortgage application was good. The application was vetted thoroughly and significant information was obtained. Because of this due diligence the process took 2 months to receive a mortgage offer. We felt that it could have been quicker. However, this was not necessarily the fault of Loughborough as there was an initial delay from our accountant. Loughborough had to request further info which delayed the case further. Mortgage Advisor Rob is outstanding!

Rob our mortgage advisor was amazing! He made us feel at ease, we had some laughs in there which I think is important when the experience can be daunting! We have come from a specialist lender, with history of debt, so Rob listening to us, to give us our options was enlightening!
