Great, but out bid

Was with LV handled a claim brilllaintly 4 years ago , but have been out bid by over £100 by Direct line this year so said goodbye after 5 years Reviewed on: 27th February 2017

Really good :)

I agree totally ... I'm with LV and they are really good :) my only issue with them is that I have to ring every year to reduced the renewal quote they send in the post ! Reviewed on: 27th February 2017

Very average

LV and to be fair I think they are pretty average, been with better and been with worse! not sure they were the cheapest but their customer service is worth paying extra for. Reviewed on: 27th February 2017

Highly recommend

We are with LV and rte highly. They are competitively priced, great service, and when we had a no blame accident a couple of years ago, they dealt with the issue professionally and efficiently, and there was no excess to pay. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 27th February 2017

Very good

Wasnt the cheapest but very easy to get hold of them like live chat twitter ect also had no probs getting through on phone when a garage who was repairing my starter motor smashed my car front. I needed to change work title, address and it was easy to do phone and was given option to pay monthly a little extra or pay difference now and carry on with normal direct debit. Not had any probs getting my documents or proof of NCD. Rather happy with this company Reviewed on: 6th November 2016

Forward thinking

Doesn't just apply to car insurance and for home insurance do this too but they always are forward thinking in to get a head start on the claims process when something happens that will effect several people as with some of the floods which helped some of my family members. I've had helpful experiences with the customer services when I've had car troubles aswell. Reviewed on: 13th October 2016

Great Customer Service - at a price

I am not 21. Clean licence and no claims. I haven't moved house. I wanted the same cover. I drive an SUV, carefully. I upgraded my car for a newer model - same engine, slightly more poke. The premium went up £250... no explanation. I selected another company and saved that £250. I changed companies, even though I like LV. I rang the company and received a take it or leave it attitude. Time to vote with my feet. Try Aviva for a far better deal. Reviewed on: 8th October 2016
