Most reasonable price and best cover

In the age of quickly rising insurance costs, LV remains good value for money and often tops the list of best priced insurance, covering all my needs, when I perform a comparison. They are easy to deal with, make it simple to make policy changes and offer great extras. I would highly recommend them and salute them for resisting the urge to increase prices too much compared to others in this cost of living crisis. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

As good as some, better than most

No-one wants to need insurance but with cars it's a requirement. LV= are, as the title says, as good as many. They are friendly in their communication but, more importantly, competitive in their pricing. So I have stuck with them for about 5 years. I've always 'compared' on renewal. But, honestly. Quick and easy, car insurance at LV

I needed car insurance, as my renewal had increased by £250. I went on line and LV was the same price as I had paid the year before, no brainier, snapped it up; all done on line no fuss. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

LV are simply excellent!

We've insured our cars with LV for many years. A few years ago I had a crash that resulted in the write-off of my beautiful Lexus LS430. It had been in immaculate condition and I felt it was worth far more than a similar model that had not been kept in such good condition. LV agreed to inspect the car and paid me pretty much exactly what I thought it was worth. No arguments or prevarication - They just paid up! In all of my dealings with LV their staff have been knowledgable, polite and friendly - And their prices remain very good value for money. What more could you ask? Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Happy customer

I recently acquired another vehicle, and having an insurance policy with LV for the original car, it was natural to get a quote for the new vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount I needed to pay and also pleased that the insurance policies were being brought into line with the same renewal date. Car Insurance LV

I've had my car insurance for my old Mercedes slk r171 for the first and very much the last time. I had an accident May 2023, and its still not been dealt with. No communication at all from them. I've been chasing but they seem intent on not getting my claim settled. I've complained to them direct by email and this has even been investigated! When I spoke to a so called manager who promised to call me back and never. Her comment was it takes LV at least 8 weeks to answer a complaint! I think that says it all!
